Ladybird Stakes 2010 Next Running: 15:45 Kempton - Sun February 14th, 2010

 Betting Preview

Richard Hannon's Plum Pudding should have the measure of the rest in the Ladybird Stakes on Sunday at Kempton.

This seven year old is certainly at his best over this distance although disappointed last time out at Linfield in January over one mile where after a strong start just did not have the engine at the finsh to arrive home in third slot, he gets another chance here.

Six Of Hearts and Splinter Cell are both capable of giving Plum Pudding a challenge, both have recently delivered good runs with the latter having won a competitive handicap at Wolverhampton in December and just failing to get his head in front on his last outing again at Wolverhampton in a decent conditions event.

Spinning cannot be ruled out with two recent wins at Wolverhampton and a third slot last time out in a decent handicap at Kempton just before Christmas. He looked spot on finishing strongly showing how competitive he can be.

Reve De Nuit,Yahrab, Black Dahlia, Carcinetto, Audemar, Viva Vettori, Victoria Sponge and Alsahil complete the field for this listed contest.
